How do you sell

the tender relational care

you were punished

for needing yourself?

intersectional somatic
business coaching
for therapists, coaches, and healers
building livelihoods
in a world that exploits
the labour of care.

This is usually the part where I’m supposed to tell you who you are.

What you’re feeling.
The obstacles you keep running into.
The reasons that explain why it’s been so hard.

And yes, there are predictable patterns in our world:
Trauma responses like freeze, fight/fight and fawn.
Western conditioning.
Systemic oppression.
That make certain struggles incredibly common.

But I’m not here to flatten you into a type.

I’m here to listen to who you are.
To be curious about your particular magic.
To witness the ways you’ve adapted, survived, and kept going.
And to sit with the specific places where you’re stuck or scared or tired.

And I’m here to say, we could co-create a plan for you and your work that is actually yours.

Because to:

  • get your work into the world

  • build a livelihood that sustains you

  • and grow without sacrificing your body or your integrity

the support your receive has to be relational as well.

I can tell you this: every client I’ve worked with is a deep feeler and a big dreamer.
The care with which they tend their work has been shaped by their own pain, hardship, and the ways they’ve learned to survive.
Their resilience, curiosity, and commitment to integrity is what makes the work they do in the world so powerful.

And in our work together, clients have

  • Gone from having a single hesitant client to fully booked schedules.

  • Opened doors they thought were closed,
stepping into bold networking with clear asks

  • Been hired to lead groups, programs, and initiatives they never imagined possible.

Many have already invested in business courses, programs, or coaching. Sometimes for years.

Some of those experiences were useful.
And some were confusing, destabilizing, or quietly harmful.

If you’re reading this with interest and caution — wanting support, but wary of being reshaped, fixed, or made smaller in the name of “success”or lost in a sea of hundreds of others— that makes sense here.

Why Somatic Business Coaching?

We’re never meant to work alone. Humans are relational, communal beings—and yet, for many reasons, you may find yourself on the path of solopreneurship.

That path asks you to do the things that can feel hardest for people who are naturally caring: marketing, pricing, visibility, and asking for support. Conditioning, trauma, and systemic oppression can make these tasks feel impossible, even for the most resilient and attentive among us.

One-on-one somatic business coaching meets you here. Together, we tend your tender parts while gently growing your capacity to be seen, to set sustainable prices, and to dream bigger than you imagined. By leaning into your natural gifts and understanding your patterns, we can build your business in a way that is relational, aligned, and sustainable — so your work can reach the world while nourishing you.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Tanya Nash, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Training Assistant. For more than 25 years, I’ve been guiding women and gender non-conforming folks through the landscapes of pain, resilience, and possibility.

I’ve walked the path you’re on — and went through way too many programs that promised growth but operated from assumed privilege, hierarchal power dynamics, and a lot of bypassing.

It wasn’t until I listened to my body, tended my somatic edges, and built from my relational strengths that I started finding paying clients.

Now I help clients build businesses that feel alive: rooted in care, nurtured by relational connection, and guided by values that actually challenge the rules of the old world.

The Process

Take Stock
See where you are, without shame.
Notice your clients, your income, your blocks, your capacities.

Tend the wounds.
Clear the old fears, the patterns that stall you, the tender places that hold you back.
Feed your courage. Step into the parts of business that feel risky.

Lean into connection.
Work with what—and who—you actually have. Ask clearly. Receive fully. Co-create your path.

Tend the harvest.
Notice what’s thriving. Let go of what no longer serves. Keep your work generative, sustainable, and aligned with your gifts.

How We Work Together

We sit together with your work, your blocks, your dreams on Zoom.

I support you in finding the comfort to notice what you are feeling in that moment. Together, we step into the places that need tending—strategy, courage, care, and connection all at once.

You try things. Notice. Return. We adjust.

We move at your rhythm—2–4 times a month, 60 minutes each, minimum 12 sessions.
Between sessions, reach out by email if you need witnessing, guidance or cheering.

Everything is tailored to your path, your magic, your work.

Your Commitment and Offering

We begin with a minimum of twelve weeks together . This isn’t a promise of completion—it’s a threshold. Enough time to feel into our fit, to see how your work responds to support, and to begin tending what actually needs care.

There is no honest way to predict how long a business will take to become sustainable. This work unfolds in relationship — with your body, your capacity, your context, and the world you’re building within. And some clients have been able to achieve meaningful goals in this container.

Sessions may be paid weekly at €180 or $240CDN per session, or prepaid as a 12-session commitment for €1,800 or $2400CDN. Payments are processed through Stripe, which accepts credit cards.

I am also piloting WEAVE – a Wealth-Evolving Aligned Value Exchange program for those navigating real economic limits while building work that matters. If that speaks to you, your can learn more here: WEAVE for Canadians | WEAVE International

A few last things:

You don’t need to be braver, louder, or more polished.
You don’t need another course, another modality.
You don’t need another template, funnel, or mindset shift.

You need support that understands how power, trauma, care work, and capitalism actually shape your capacity to be visible, to charge, and to grow.

This is deep work. It’s relational work.
And it’s how meaningful, sustainable livelihoods are built—especially by those whose work was never meant to be done alone.

The First Step

The first step is simple.

You begin by filling out a short form that tells me about you, your work, and the business you’re trying to build —where it’s flowing, where it’s stuck, and what kind of support you’re looking for. Then I’ll reach out with a link to book a free, non-committal discovery call.

You can ask questions.
We can feel into fit.
And you get to decide what comes next.

If your work matters to you — and you’re tired of trying to build it in isolation — I invite you to reach out.
