While my services are offered virtually, I am offering my work on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Anishaabe Algonquin people — lands that have held ceremony, resistance, grief, and healing long before the settlers, my ancestors, arrived.

Somatic Experiencing®, the foundation of much of my practice, is considered to be rooted in modern nervous system science — and yet the wisdom it affirms has long been known and practiced in Indigenous and ancestral traditions across the world. I want to honour the named and unnamed lineages whose embodied ways of healing were often dismissed, extracted from, or taken without consent under imperialism.

I’m committed to learning and unlearning how to walk more responsibly in this work, in relationship with the land, its original peoples, and the traditions that have made this work possible.
