Be seen.
Be heard.
Be felt.
Alchemizing survival into possibility
with Somatic Experiencing.
I support the ways
bodies
quietly rebel.
I support noticing fear and tension
from past experiences that still whisper in your body,
from ongoing systems that demand more than you can give.
I support meeting anger
not to shame it, not to suppress it,
but as guidance, boundary, and power
that shows what matters to you.
I support exploring grief, loss, and exhaustion
those quiet and relentless weights
that ask for acknowledgment, not erasure.≈
I support tracing the ways power, privilege, and oppression
shape your posture, your voice, your choices,
and what feels possible in connection with others.
I support discovering
within yourself, in your relationships,
and in the collective spaces where your work touches others.
I support listening to the subtle rhythms of your body
so that decision, speech, pause, and action
can be chosen, rather than compelled.
I support practicing presence and care
for yourself, for those you hold, for the systems you navigate
without sacrificing your integrity, your voice, your needs.
I support creating space
where a voice that has been quiet for years
can stretch, fill the room,
and be held without judgment.
I support tending your body’s wisdom
so that your work — in your life, in your relationships, in your communities —
can flow from grounded, embodied clarity,
not exhaustion or extraction.
I support the body’s turning toward possibility and hope
the gentle tending of needs
the courageous asking for wants
the unapologetic enjoyment of desires
and the wild blossoming of dreams
Meet Your Guide
I’m Tanya Nash, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Training Assistant. For more than 25 years, I’ve been guiding women and gender non-conforming folks through the landscapes of pain, resilience, and possibility.
Drawing on my own experience as a neurodivergent, chronically ill, domestic violence survivor, and single mom, I support embodied hope: naming long-silenced needs, asking for wants without shame, and letting dreams and desires unfold boldly. My work honours both the reality of systemic pressures and the possibility of life beyond them — creating space to live with rooted in care, nurtured by relational connection, and guided by values that actually challenge the rules of the old world.
The Process
Take Stock
See where you are, without shame.
Notice your clients, your income, your blocks, your capacities.
Tend the wounds.
Clear the old fears, the patterns that stall you, the tender places that hold you back.
Feed your courage. Step into the parts of business that feel risky.
Lean into connection.
Work with what—and who—you actually have. Ask clearly. Receive fully. Co-create your path.
Tend the harvest.
Notice what’s thriving. Let go of what no longer serves. Keep your work generative, sustainable, and aligned with your gifts.
How We Work Together
We sit together with your work, your blocks, your dreams on Zoom.
I support you in finding the comfort to notice what you are feeling in that moment. Together, we step into the places that need tending—strategy, courage, care, and connection all at once.
You try things. Notice. Return. We adjust.
We move at your rhythm—2–4 times a month, 60 minutes each, minimum 12 sessions.
Between sessions, reach out by email if you need witnessing, guidance or cheering.
Everything is tailored to your path, your magic, your work.
Your Commitment and Offering
We begin with a minimum of twelve weeks together . This isn’t a promise of completion—it’s a threshold. Enough time to feel into our fit, to see how your work responds to support, and to begin tending what actually needs care.
There is no honest way to predict how long a business will take to become sustainable. This work unfolds in relationship — with your body, your capacity, your context, and the world you’re building within. And some clients have been able to achieve meaningful goals in this container.
Sessions may be paid weekly in advance at €180 or $240CDN per session, or prepaid as a 12-session commitment for €1,800 or $2400CDN. Payments are processed through Stripe, which accepts credit cards.
I am also piloting a tiered, growth-aligned payment model for those navigating real economic limits while building work that matters. If that speaks to you, reach out below to learn more.
A few last things:
You don’t need to be braver, louder, or more polished.
You don’t need another course, another modality.
You don’t need another template, funnel, or mindset shift.
You need support that understands how power, trauma, care work, and capitalism actually shape your capacity to be visible, to charge, and to grow.
This is deep work. It’s relational work.
And it’s how meaningful, sustainable livelihoods are built—especially by those whose work was never meant to be done alone.
The First Step
The first step is simple.
You begin by filling out a short form that tells me about you, your work, and the business you’re trying to build —where it’s flowing, where it’s stuck, and what kind of support you’re looking for. Then I’ll reach out with a link to book a free, non-committal discovery call.
You can ask questions.
We can feel into fit.
And you get to decide what comes next.
If your work matters to you — and you’re tired of trying to build it in isolation — I invite you to reach out.
Your Questions, Answered
-
No — you don’t need a fully formed business to start.
What you do need is a skill set that can help others. This might mean you’re trained in a trustworthy modality or you have experience helping others, even if you haven’t yet been paid for that support. -
I’m not a licensed therapist and I don’t diagnose or treat health conditions.
What I offer is trauma-informed somatic business coaching: a relational, individualized approach that blends practical business strategy with somatic support. Many clients bring in how their past trauma shapes visibility, networking, and pricing, and I provide somatic tools and coaching to work with these patterns safely and effectively.
Solopreneurship is unlike any other work — it triggers conditioning, trauma, and systemic patterns because you’re literally dancing with one of the biggest narcissistic abusers of all: capitalism. Clients often tell me this is the most profound work they’ve ever done, both for their business and for themselves.
The benefits often extend beyond business: clients notice greater ease in relationships, healthier boundaries, and deeper resilience navigating a complex, ever-changing world.
-
I really emphasize with that. Myself, and many clients come with prior supposed to be healing experiences that were challenging or retraumatizing.
In my practice of Somatic Experiencing(R), I coach slowly, in small, gentle steps so that we move at a pace that is safe for your nervous system. In our work, connection and relational attunement are prioritized over forcing processing or exposure. You’ll be supported to notice and work with patterns without retraumatization, and in a way that respects your boundaries, energy, and unique neuro-existence.
-
Myself, and most of my clients have been here.
Many clients come to me after years of programs or coaching that assumed privilege, reinforced hierarchy, or leaned into capitalist hustle disguised as feminine, spiritual or revolutionary work.
In my work, we start with you, your capacity, and your tender spots, building a business relationally, sustainably, and in alignment with your values. If previous programs have left you haunted by shame, grief, or frustration whenever you turn toward your business, this is a sacred space to honour those emotions, untangle their hold, and step into the work only you are meant to bring into the world.
-
Yes. I work individually and relationally, so sessions are tailored to your processing style, energy, and sensory needs. We co-create a pace and structure that supports your nervous system and your focus.
In the world of somatics, there is a lot of talk about being “regulated.” I don’t use regulated to mean calm or neurotypical — I mean able to respond to the world as it is, in a way that honours your unique neuro-existence. This work helps you build the freedom to act, choose, and grow without forcing yourself into someone else’s template of what “regulated” looks like.
-
In most cases, yes. Confirm with a tax professional in your country, but in Canada, where I am, business coaching is generally tax-deductible if it is considered an ordinary, necessary, and reasonable expense to earn income or improve your business.
-
For the business of care to be ethical and effective, it must be built on trust – and trust takes time. As such, I don’t ever consult on quick income generation.
Likewise, the work I offer is gentle, deep, and relational, which means results are often slower than a quick-fix program — but more sustainable. If your somatic patterns are the main barrier and your foundations are already in place, meaningful income can sometimes be established within a few months.I do not offer financial rescue; if immediate income is critical, I recommend short-term stabilization: temporary employment, social supports, family assistance, or crowdfunding.
Your dream will wait and will appreciate not having the burden of being responsible for your debts. -
No, this work is not about exercise, fitness, or physical performance. Sessions are guided so that you can engage from wherever your body is, in its unique shape, strength, and capacity. Typically, most of the work can be done in sitting. I may ask, if you have the capacity to stand or to make simple movements, slow and comfortable enough for you to notice what changes in your body and mind as you move.
The focus is on nervous system awareness, relational attunement, and practical business strategy, not physical exertion. You may notice small movements, grounding practices, or somatic experiments, but they are gentle, optional, and tailored to what your body can safely receive.
This work is for all bodies, no matter your mobility, energy level, or physical conditioning. Most people only change clothing before a session if they were wearing something uncomfortable.
I’d love to hear from you
